- We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase on regular priced items.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
- Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
- We can issue a return for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card) and will require a handling and processing fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
I want to return or exchange my Shama Jade jumpsuit. How do I do this?
First contact customer service email@example.com with your order number and why you are requesting a return/exchange. One of our customer service associates will assist you with the easy process.
I sent my item back for a refund. How long until I get my money back?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
For any items returned outside the 14-day window, refunds are no longer applicable. For items returned between 14-30 days, a store credit will be offered. No refunds or store credits can be offered on items outside the 30-day window.
What is my Shama Jade's order status?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays! If you would like a specific date for your merchandise to arrive, make sure to let us know. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order in time.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
How do I use a promotional code?
Upon checking out, you will have the option to enter and redeem a promotional code. Enter the code in box on the right hand side of your checkout screen labeled "discount." You cannot apply more than one coupon code to your order.
The Shama Jade style that I want is not available, what should I do?
If the style/size you are looking for is showing as sold out, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waitlist so that we can notify you when we get more stock.
How do I make an exchange?
To make an exchange please e-mail us at email@example.com letting us know what you wish to exchange it for (including your order number). FOR EXCHANGES ONLY- we will send your a pre paid return label via email, for you to send back the item. Once we receive the item and it is properly inspected by our team, we will then ship you the desired merchandise.
I did not purchase this product on ShamaJade.com, may I return through the website?
Only orders placed on the ShamaJade.com website will be accepted for refund or exchange as long as they are within the Return Policy conditions.
Does Shama Jade have any store locations?
At this time, Shama Jade does not have any branded stores. You may purchase Shama Jade in several retail locations or studios. Check out our Stockists to find a location near you.
