Healthy Banana Cake Recipe

Sometimes a little substitution is all you need to make a recipe healthy. Here, we took a popular cake recipe and transformed it into a delicious, yummy, easy, healthy recipe. No sugar, no gluten, only organic ingredients in this Banana Cake!

What you'll need:

  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 spoonfuls honey
  • 1 1/2 cup of gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • pinch of cinnamon

What you'll do:

1. Pre heat oven to 350
2. Blend eggs, oil, honey and bananas in a blender
3. Mix oats, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl
4. Pour wet ingredients from the blender into the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir until well combined
5. Grease cake pan and pour mixture in
6. *Optional: top with an extra sliced banana, almonds, and sprinkle more cinnamon
7. Bake for 30 minutes
